Are classes beginner friendly?

YES! All classes are beginner friendly. Mae has designed all classes to be beginner and advanced friendly, with many modifications. So depending on how you're feeling on the day you can take the class as easy or hard as you like.

Please let you your instructor know it’s your first, so they can run you through everything.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

YES! We understand things happen but to ensure everyone is given a fair chance at booking, we have implemented a cancellation policy.

If you wish to cancel, a class MUST be cancelled before 2 hours class start time, Any cancellations within 2 hours of class start time, will incur a late cancellation fee

Late cancellations: $2 Fee

No-show Fee: $30 fee

Please note; Mae Membership holders have 2 late cancellations waived per month.

I am Injured/pregnant, can I come?

All of our classes are pre and post-natal friendly.

All of our classes and exercises can be easily modified to assist with injuries.

Prior to classes, please let your instructor know if your pregnant or have any injuries to be mindful.

We do recommend seeking advice, assessment and have a management plan from a doctor prior to participating in a class.

How early should I get to class, what happens if I’m late?

Our studio doors open 15 minutes prior to each class, your welcome to come in and stretch, relax and soak up the gorgeous atmosphere of the studio.

All of our classes run on time, any late arrivals are at the discretion of the Instructor. Cancellations fees and No-Show fees may apply.

Do I need to bring anything?

Reformer classes - Just yourself, grip socks, drink bottle and a sweat towel.

Mat Classes - Yourself, a mat, drink bottle and a sweat towel.

All other equipment is supplied by Mae and all accessories are available to purchase if you wish to have your own.

Grip socks are available to purchase,

Mats are available to purchase, we have limited mats available for loan in case you forget yours or its your first time and just testing the waters.

Do I need to purchase grip socks?

To ensure the safety of all members and to keep the reformers as hygienic as possible. All members MUST wear grip socks when participating in a reformer classes.

Grip socks are optional during mat classes.

Grip socks are available to purchase at the studio

Mae Instructors have the right to refuse members from classes if not wearing grip socks, cancellations fees or No-show fees may apply.
