Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Black Friday Sale 2025 purchases made through Mae Pilates Studio. By purchasing any sale item, you agree to the following:

1. Sale Period

  • The Black Friday Sale 2025 is valid from Thursday 27 November 2025 at 9:00pm (early access) until Friday 28 November 2025 at 11:59pm AEDT,

  • No extensions or exceptions apply.

2. Products Included in Sale

Annual Memberships

  • DUO Annual Membership: $1,305.00

  • MAE Annual Membership: $2,025.00

Class Pass Packs

  • 15 Class Pass

  • 20 Class Pass

  • 50 Class Pass
    All class passes include a 12-month expiry from the date of activation

3. Payment & Availability

  • All sale items must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • Sale quantities may be limited and are subject to availability.

  • Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases.

4. Annual Membership Terms

  • Annual memberships purchased during the sale are non-refundable, except as outlined below.

  • Memberships may be transferred to another person, provided:

    • A written request is submitted to the studio.

    • The transfer is approved by Mae Pilates Studio in writing.

  • In the event of unforeseeable or exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical or compassionate grounds), the studio may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund.

    • Documentation may be requested.

    • Any refund amount will be determined by Mae Pilates Studio based on usage and remaining membership duration.

5. Class Pass Terms

  • All Black Friday class pass packs have a strict 12-month expiry.

  • Unused classes after the expiry date are forfeited and cannot be refunded, extended, or credited.

  • Class passes are non-refundable.

  • Class passes may be transferred to another person with written approval from Mae Pilates Studio.

6. General Conditions

  • Purchases made during the sale are final. No further discounts or promotions can be applied.

  • All memberships and passes are subject to Mae Pilates Studio’s standard policies, booking rules, and studio etiquette.

  • Mae Pilates Studio reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate these Terms & Conditions at any time if necessary.
